- JG51_Geist - In his first two events as the new Axis Tactical Officer, JG51_Geist stepped up to the plate and formulated the successful strategems used by the Axis to accomplish victory. It was his dedication and lots of personal time given up to ensure the various Wings knew their missions beforehand, and was on the ball in updating the Axis Air Wings on new developments. Without his efforts, which included 18 kills and 7 tank and 7 ground units destroyed during Lae alone, the Axis would not have won the Kasserine and Lae events.

- JG51_Cavefox - In baseball it is said that the best umpires are those you never notice and the same could be said of the job that JG51_Cavefox has done as leader of the Axis Command. He has established an efficient and smooth-running command structure, which has served the Fighter Ace Community with strategic and tactical planning for the Fighter Ace Events.
- Das_Borb_JG26 - With little notice from his CO, Deputy Axis Commander Das_Borb_JG26 was called upon to take command of the Axis forces during the Stalingrad battle. Calling upon the Wing Commanders, they devised a plan to cover the Stalingrad battlefield and made efficient use of the forces on hand. Although victory eluded the Axis team, Das_Borb's leadership was instrumental in making it a close-fought and uncertain contest.

December 2006
- LUFT20_Clove - For exceptional performance during the Barbarossa event in leading the deadly Axis 1st Air Wing (Fighters), which responded quickly and effectively to defend air bases and respond to reports of enemy formations, their determined efforts stopping the SU counterattack and forcing the SU air cover to suffer heavy losses.
- Das_Borb_JG26 - For leading the Main Axis Attack and the Axis 2nd Air Wing (Strike) during the Barbarossa event, for the sheer number of Allied scenes captured and recaptured, which speaks volumes of the efforts for his leadership, and for serving as the Axis Vice Air Marshal.
- JG51_Cavefox - For exceptional service to the Axis effort by serving as both the organizational commander and the field commander during the Paris In October and Barbarossa events.
