US aircraft manufacturer during World War II.

Formed in 1935 by Lawrence D. Bell, who held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Consolidated Aircraft Corporation. When Consolidated moved its factory from Buffalo, NY to San Diego, CA, Assistant General Manager R.P. Whitman and Chief Engineer Robert J. Woods stayed with Bell to form the new company.

1943 - Bell P-63 Kingcobra (single-engine, interceptor / fighter-bomber)

1943 - Bell P-59 Airacomet (twin-engine, jet-propelled interceptor / fighter-bomber)
