For their efforts while flying fighter-bombers during the Bobdubi Ridge battle, the Fighter-bomber Service ribbon is awarded to the following players:

For outstanding performance using fighters in a ground-attack role during the Donets Corridor event, the following pilots are awarded the Fighter-bomber Service ribbon:

For leading the Axis team with 94 buildings destroyed with a fighter-bomber during the Lake Balaton event, __3612__ is awarded the Fighter-bomber Service ribbon.

August 2009

For leading the Axis team with 108 enemy buildings destroyed during the Guam event, Uzuki is awarded the Fighter-bomber Service ribbon.


May 2009

Flying through the enemy territory to target buildings and planes during the Big Classic IX, two players were successful in their efforts to support their team. These pilots are recognized with the Fighter-bomber Service ribbon.

Buildings destroyed also factored into the eventual victory by Allied forces during the Milne Bay event and whether accomplishing this task by strafing, dive bombing or level bombing, these pilots showed they have the skills to hit their targets and trigger scenes. In recognition, ATAC is proud to present the appropriate ribbon to:

Several pilots also realized great success by targeting tanks or buildings during the Operation Battleaxe event. By flying into hostile skies and focusing on the task at hand, they shall be recognized for their efforts by issuance of the Fighter-bomber Service Ribbon.

January 2009

For destroying 78 tanks with his F4U-4C Corsair and F-86E Sabre during the Red Tide event, AH_Cheese_FL is awarded the Fighter-bomber Service ribbon.

September 2008

BRS_SPARKY, flying his P-47D Thunderbolt, led all Allied pilots by destroying 110 enemy buildings during the Avalanche On Salerno event. Other pilots who achieved high numbers of buildings destroyed are AH_GRIM_BXO (102), _WILL_SACKETT_CO (85), _BANZAI_Xen (81), DW_Dawg (70) and DW_Archangel_ (60). For their efforts we are honored to award DW_Dawg, DW_Archangel_ , _BANZAI_Xen and _WILL_SACKETT_CO the Fighter-bomber Service ribbon and AH_GRIM_BXO the Bomber Service ribbon. Combined, these 6 pilots also accounted for 37 triggered scenes, many of which eventually fell to Allied ground forces.

August 2008

During the Big Classic VI battle, usmctanks flew the 110G fighter bomber destroying ten enemy tanks and 25 enemy buildings. For his efforts, HQ recognizes his contribution by awarding him the Fighter-Bomber Service ribbon.
For triggering multiple scenes in his Hurricane IIC and also knocking out 19 tanks during the Tango In Tunisia event, we wish to award DW_Dawg the Fighter-Bomber Service ribbon.
_Doc_Sackett is awarded the Fighter-Bomber Service ribbon for triggering several scenes in his fighter which resulted in capture during the Tango In Tunisia event.
Many individuals, whether flying as independents or associated with a squad distinguished themselves from their peers by performing outstandingly in the skies above the Sicilian countryside. Allied Command would like to recognize the following pilots for their individual efforts during the Summer In Sicily event. DW_Dawg, flying his P47D Thunderbolt, led all Allied pilots by destroying 57 enemy buildings. Other pilots who achieved high numbers of buildings destroyed are KuRuRu (45), FAW_baba_CO (37), _Xerxes_Sackett (36) and GRR_Xtreme (31). For their efforts we are honored to award DW_Dawg, FAW_baba_CO and GRR_Xtreme the Fighter-bomber Service ribbon.

June 2008

JG51_ Beowulf accounted for 20 kills to 7 lost planes during the Guadalcanal Landings battle. In addition, Beowulf took out multiple marine ground units as well and is therefore awarded the Fighter-Bomber Service ribbon.

March 2008

JG7_Sassy was seen cutting through at least 7 SU players at the same altitude to make her fighter bomb drop on one of the Allied airfields during the Battle For Berlin, and valiantly fought her way back with over a half-dozen angry Allied fighters on her tail. She is hereby awarded the Fighter-bomber Service ribbon.

January 2008

JG7_Hammertime -Have Wurger Will Travel was the byline for JG7_Hammertime during the Turkey Shootout battles as he scored 12 kills, 1 forced landing, and 4 assists, while destroying 47 enemy tanks, and earning the Fighter-bomber Service ribbon in the process.
Buzzard_Ironman -While flying primarily the P-47 and Spitfire IXe, Buzzard_Ironman earned the Fighter-bomber Service ribbon by destroying 128 buildings and 20 tanks, scoring 3 triggers and 5 scene captures, and defending himself with a kill and 2 forced landings, during the Turkey Shootout battles.
NNS_SPARKS - earned the Fighter-bomber Service ribbon during the Turkey Shootout battles for his ground attack prowess, resulting in 173 buildings destroyed, with 5 triggers and 7 scene captures to his credit.
