German aircraft manufacturer during World War II.
Henschel & Sohn, G.m.b.H. of Kassel had long been the builders of locomotives and heavy trucks. In 1933 they decided to add aircraft to their transport production line and formed Henschel Flugzeugwerke A.G. for that purpose.

1942 - Hs 129 (twin-engine, ground-attack plane)
1943 - Hs 293 (rocket-propelled, radio-controlled, winged, guided-bomb)
