Japanese aircraft manufacturer during World War II, specialing in primary and intermediate trainers.

The company was formed in 1934 with two plants at Tomioka in Yokahama and Yamagata in Yamagata Prefecture. During the dispersal program an underground plant at Yamagata was partially completed.
