May 2008

The three pilots of BANZAI Squadron shot down over 20 enemy each with a combined 38 bombers destroyed during the Convoy To Murmansk event. They also had numerous assists to their credit as they continually disrupted the enemy's formations. For these feats which bring great honor to their squadron we are proud to issue the Outstanding Combat Team ribbon. Members eligible for this award are: _BANZAI_KITKAT1, _BANZAI_Roncapt and_BANZAI_Xen.

March 2008

One squad stands out for their aerial prowess against the enemy during the Battle For Berlin. For destroying 76 enemy aircraft and achieving 50 assists (2nd only to the AH Squad), members of the LTD Squadron participating in the event are entitled to wear the Outstanding Combat Team ribbon. Those members are: LTD_AdPal, LTD_B_Mitchell, LTD_BERN1_, LTD_Comic_oZZy, LTD_EJHAWK, LTD_Timber, LTD_Sharky and LTD_plumbcrazy.

February 2008

During the Oil Offensive, the Aces High squad demonstrated skill and tenacity in all aspects of the battle. With 189 buildings destroyed they inflicted more damage than all other squads combined. In addition they are resposible for scores of kills and assists. It is an honor to award this group, the Outstanding Combat Team ribbon. Pilots eligible for the award are AH_Corvette, AH_Gibber, AH_Hexmar, AH_Nightrider, AH_OPERATOR, AH_Phantom, AH_Scrap_Iron_CM, AH_SkyJackeL_XO, AH_Spiffy, AH_The_Code and AH_Whiskey_Pete.

January 2008

The Marianas conflict found the Axis forces heavily outnumbered, as such more than 1/3 of Allied pilots racked up 20+ kills. However, there was an elite group, that destroyed 50+, these 5 men shot down 18% of all Enemy ac destroyed in the conflict. It is without question their efforts were instrumental in victory. It is with gratitude for their service and respect for their ability we proudly award them the Outstanding Combat Team Ribbon: Outcast_Paradox, DW_SouthPaw, AH_Raven, USMC_FD_Gomer, and _RedBull.

November 2007

For outstanding efforts in pressing the Allied attack in the Battle of Ortona, NNS was able to punch straight up the middle and achieve even more than their commander had asked. They triggered fourteen scene attacks, destroyed 32 tanks, and delivered troops as well as supplies. You name it, NNS did it! Members of the squadron eligible for this award are: NNS_Albany, NNS_Squat, NNS_FERRET_CO, NNS_Shakey_66, NNS_Sparks, and NNS_ubXed.

The Group 2 Wing 2 was instrumental to the Axis victory at Cape Cloucester. Wing 2, Group 2 was also imstrumental in the capture of the Northeastern U.S. bomber, pushing the marines at the Gloucester beachhead into the sea and holding it from re-capture by Allied forces. Wing2, Group 2 also played a large role in the blunting of the Allied counter-offensive. Members of the wing eligible for this award are: JG51_Beowolf, JG51_Hemi, JG51_Nevermiss, JG54_Emil_Lang, JG54_Vegeta, Geweher_JG26, Jg51_Wolfman, _Woody, and SYP_Thunderstorm.

October 2007

For their action during the Classic Showdown I event, in which they destroyed a total of 53 enemy aircraft, The Third Squad members eligible for this award are: 3rd_SQD_B1ker, 3rd_SQD_Ghost_, 3rd_SQD_HARDRIDE, 3rd_SQD_painter3, 3rd_SQD_Ramrod, 3rd_SQD_SemperFi, 3rd_SQD_SWORD.

For their combined efforts as a team, resulting in 50 destroyed enemy planes during the Classic Showdown I event, the following members of the 47th and 343rd Squadrons are eligiible for this award: 343rd_Takowasi, 47th_chanwasi, 47th_Isowasi_, 47th_KOUwasi, 47th_Sorawasi, 47th_Sukewasi, 47th_Tetsuwasi, and 47th_Wasi.

For their action during the Battle of Britain event, in which they scored 70 kills and 51 damaged enemy aircraft, the AH_Aces_High squad members are eligible for this award: AH_Arcangel, AH_Eagle_FXO, AH_N_Rider_CO, AH_Praetorian, AH_Youngblood, and AH_Zonie.

The men of the 3rd Division proved their ability in completing their missions during the Battle of Ortona, with precision, dedication, and an outstanding ability to adapt to rapdily changing objectives in a fluid and professionarl manner. In one sortie, the 3rd divsion would be taking out rail armor and flying recon while simultaneously attacking eastern tank factories, followed by a ground support mission in the west, then an urgent call to relocate back to the east to defend 55bu and deny the enmy a foothold on the eastern front. From there, they launched a two-pronged attack, capturing one scene near London and two more in the eastern sector as far away as 16aw. The following pilots are awarded the Outstanding Combat Team ribbon: S_Spike, S_Corcki, S_Moose, S_ME_4809_CO, RAF71_Deltazoom, RAF71_long_ez, RAF71_Keselyu, Buzzard_Scraps, Buzzard, Rabi, Buzzard_Grim, Buzzard_yoda_MO, and Buzzard_nut.
