The Air Combat Wiki

The Air Combat Wiki is intended to serve as a central site for everything related to Air Combat.

From the first use of airplanes against African tribes prior to World War I to the latest in combat aircraft, the Air Combat Wiki is the best place for information. Anything having to do with planes, manufacturers, designers, pilots, air battles, tactics, maneuvers, air forces, air units, and air combat gaming, belongs in the Air Combat Wiki!

As the name implies, the Air Combat Wiki is intended to be a place where everyone can contribute any information they might have. While none of us singly knows everything, together we know quite a bit and if we add the little bit that we know to the subject, the Air Combat Wiki will grow and will soon be full of information about air combat.

The Air Combat Wiki is also the central site for anything related to Ketsujin's air combat games, Fighter Ace, Air Attack and Storm of Aces. All the game's documentation, plane museums, and other official data can (or will soon) be found here. Additionally, this is a place where players can contribute to the game's history by adding pages for their squads, for individual pilots, and for a running history of the game as it unfolds. Many players who have been long-time Fighter Ace subscribers have pictures, screenshots and knowledge of the past that should be part of the Air Combat Wiki. Of course, the best time to record history is as it is being made and the Air Combat Wiki is where players and staff should post the results of events, rivalries and just the daily gameplay that makes Fighter Ace a unique experience.

Currently, editing of the Air Combat Wiki is limited to subscribers of one of the folllowing Ketsujin's Air Combat games: Fighter Ace ®, Air Attack or Storm of Aces. However, this is expected to change in the near future so that anyone can edit, so long as they complete a simple free registration. Remember that use of the Air Combat Wiki will always be open to the public with no need for registration or tracking of any kind. We just want to make sure we are getting credible information added to the site so that it can be relied on as a source for air combat related subjects.

Important! Remember that the nature of a wiki is constant change, so everything on this site should be considered a work in progress. The great thing about the wiki is that, where an error exists or a page or information is missing, it is easy to simply make the change, quicker and easier than the time and effort it would take to report the error!
