The Boeing Aircraft Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Airplane Company, which was founded in July, 1916. The Boeing Aircraft Company has a subsidiary division, The Boeing Aircraft Company of Canada, Ltd. and three factories at Seattle, Renton and Wichita.
